I was driving to work today and was on the expressway. The car started fine this morning and by the time I was close to work the odometer, speedometer, side indicators, wipers all stopped working. No charge were in them. I was driving may be around 45mph but my speedometer, rpm, battery gauge were all zero. After few minutes ABS sign was on too. Check Engine light got on 2 days ago but had no problems. I felt that the car was kinda shaking as if it is having chills or shivering. I could feel it but it was not that apparent. The car has 203K miles on it. I get my oil change every 2000 miles. Fuel was filled just a day ago. I am not a car pro and therefore need any ideas what could be wrong with it....Thanks!
