My 1992 toyota camrys dash and parking lights flash and it clicks?

I took my battery out and put it in my other car, to check the alternator. I put the battery back in the original car, the camry, and when I started it back up, the lights (dome and parking) are flashing, and it is making a clicking noise. It never did this before, and the battery is only a year old, if even. When I turn the headlights on it stops flashing, but still clicks. It even did this for about 20 seconds after I shut the car off and took out the keys. What do I do?
