My 1991 Mazda B2600 will not shift into gear while running?

When I turn it off I can put it into gear, but when i start it I hear a grinding like sound coming from the transmission. I have an extra master cylinder. I replaced the slave cylinder about 6 months ago. From what I read it's either the clutch, master cylinder or slave cylinder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
sounds lik u already have the answer so just fix it......paossible that the system is low on fluid or need to b bled..... also cud b sycronizers/trans itself...but isnt any way to tell u u have to go look and then fix....
