Ok, first take out you spark plug and connect it to the wire and touch it to the top of the cylinder and then kick start just a little. There shoud be a blue spark. If not spark then there is something wrong in your electrical. (stater maybe). Also check to see your carberator is adjusted right. You may have to check for compression also. If low or no compression you will need the top end redone.
