I have changed fuel pumps, checked the timing, has new tune up

What is your question? Before you waste any more time and money swapping parts out hoping for a cheap fix, I would take it to a reputable repair facility and have it diagnosed by a professional (that would have been cheaper already).

did you change the fuel filter. What about the fuel pump. This model had a computer I believe. Sounds like fuel

You might check the TPS sensor. (Throttle Position Sensor)
