OK SO I BOUGHT A 1985 FORD BRONCO 2 FROM THIS GUY WHO TOLD ME THAT THE ENGINE WOULD START AND THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. SO I SAID WHAT THE HECK!!! ILL BUY IT SINCE IT WAS ONLY $150 WHEN I GOT IT HOME I STARTED IT I PUT INTO GEAR AND LET OUT THE CLUTCH DOESN'T STALL OR GO... WHAT COULD BE WRONG

clutch could be gone or out of adjustment also look and see if there is a small cylinder that looks like a mini brake fluid reservoir on the fire wall on the drivers side. if there is check to see if the fluid is full. it may be the fluid reservoir for your clutch. if its low and it is for the clutch just pour in some dot 3 fluid and pump the hell out of the clutch till it comes back in.

clutch pedal could be gone, therefore the clutch doesn't release and hit the Parallel drive plate.... therefore no drive.. and no stall.. i suggest have a look at the clutch system...i'm no mechanic but that's a logical answer. Do you hear anything when you let the clutch go?

if it is a stick and you can put it any gear but the engine does not or roll the truck , then the clutch is bad or drive shafts are dead.

reason why he probably parked and then sold the bronco so cheap is because he knew there was something wrong with it.but could be the clutch is shot, transmission is bad,or even the rear end is bad.best bet is to start it up ,put it in gear and have someone look to see if the drive shaft is spinning.that will give you an idea if its in the tranny or the rear end.
