My 1976 Honda CT70 is getting no spark...where would be the most logical place

to start? New battery, no Power? someone gave me the bike and I have spent several months going over it. I have never heard it run. I have done so much to it, I do not know where to start. There is no power, lights, horn etc...rectifier tested fine, but thats all I have been able to check. Should I go straight to the points and condesor and replace them? Is there anything that would be typical to fail after sitting for probably 20 years? Motor turns over fine. Thanks
