My 16 yo won't go to school. The School cant make her (she cant leave until May)....

...Help, I want her moved out.? The Authorities are threatening prosecution to me if she doesn't go to school but they agree I can't make her!
I just want her out of the house for good, she is making me ill and affecting my work.
She has made my 18yo, who has never been any problem, leave home by her actions.
It's all too unfair.
