my sister claims she was trying to seperate a fight between her bestfriendS sister who is 22 and pregnant and some girl that is 16. the girl that is 16, my mother knows her mother and that girl punched my sister in the face by accident because her glasses was knockEd off and she couldn't see. but anyway everyone and there mother was outside watching. the cops came and grabbed my sister from behind not tell her they were the cops and my sister not knowing that the cops where the ones grabbing her from behind her reaction was fast and she elbowed the cop and he said she was resisting arrest but she told him she had nothing to do with the fight. she told him she was trying to brake it up and that she did not know he was a cop and she told him that she didnt mean to elbow him and push him. but anyways they booked her and took her finger prints and now we are waiting for her to see the judge. they said it can be today or tomorrow because she was booked last nite. I wanted to know if she can still get a job. she has an interview this friday and this is her first time dealing with jail or cops. i wanted to know if she will have to circle yes on the application form when they ask her is she has been convicted of a crime>? also doesnt her record get dismissed when she is 18 or 21 years of age?
