My 16 year old daughter hated the first car I got her! Should I get her another one?

NO WAY! I had a piece of crap 91 toyota camry that broke down everytime I drove to school for my first car. She should be soo grateful. If she doesnt want it...sell it and she can earn her own money for the car she wants!

I got my 16 year old daughter her very first black 2009 Saab car for her birthday. But! then she started yelling at me about I got the wrong color for her car. She wanted a pink car with nice better rims to it. I told her she has not said anything about what color car she wanted. I know she said she wanted a car but not a pink one. So she was yelling at me! Then started crying.
I just felt so mad after that. I had told all her friends to go home. Then she got even more piss off that I had cancel her party. So now it's been 2 days and she still is mad at me. She is right now staying over at her boyfriends place.
I really want her to come home. But she is not even talking to me. Do you think if I get her the right car she wanted she will be fine?
She is my only baby! And I love her. I always try to make her happy with things she loves. But idk..I feel bad about all this. Should i get her one?

She shouldn't even be staying over at her boyfriends house right now, she's freaking 16 years old. You know what she should be doing is listening to her mother, and not being a little brat. It's her first car, it shouldn't even be a nice car like you got her. A 2009? I'd be happy with a junk car. I'm 18, and saying this about your daughter. Tell her to suck it up, and no don't get her a new freaking car. What the hell is wrong with you?
