He pleaded guilty, they all pleaded innocent. They are having their day in court and they want my son to speak for the state. I guess to say they all through a punch? Things have just cooled down with everyone, I don't want everyone all mad again. I know if he goes in there and stated all the facts they may end up fighting again...If he DOES have to talk, can I get his fine reduced or thrown out for helping the state? That is a $250 ticket.
