I have a red devil that is 10 years old. Two days ago one of his eyes started to bulge. Today it was much worse. He had this condition about two years ago and I treated it with Myacin II and water changes. It went away quickly, but now it is back and much worse than before. Not only is his eye very swollen, he is now laying sideways near the bottom of his tank (he didn't do this the last time). I did a 50% water change and added epsom salts. I will run to the store for meds in the morning. Is there anything else I should be doing? I feel so sorry for him.....=(
