my 10 month old pit bull chewed my outdoor water garden hose in half. what...

she's a pitbull! They are designed to be aggressive.
They can turn in a heart beat for no reason. They are built and bred for aggressive and destructive behavior. In my state the animal control by law has to put down pit bulls. They canot adopt them out for any reason. I have a family member who raises them. He said it you can raise them all the love they can handle, but they can still turn and still be destructive.

Puppies chew! It's just what they do.
Next time she does it, you need to redirect the behaviour onto a chew toy or a bone. Chewing is good for them, and their teeth when it's a bone or a toy designed for that, and it's just something dogs do, especially as pups.
Redirect the behaviour onto something else designed for chewing, and do something for her to associate chewing the hose (or whatever it is she shouldn't chew) as not a good thing, eg a squirt of water, unless she likes that, or just a "no!". Or put some bitter apple spray etc on the hose, she'll soon learn she shouldn't chew it.
Good luck!

She's bored!!!

Everytime my dog starts chewing the wrong things I know it's because he's bored, time to get new toys. As soon as I do - he spends his time chewing the new toys, not MY shoes!

One idea is invest in a variety of toys, stach them away for when she acts bored. That way you always have one on hand & if turns out NOT to hold her attention...you have more!
