My 04 Honda CR125R is going through a top end all the time need some answers?

My 04 Honda CR125R goes through top ends like every 10 hours and i dont know why because i dont race so the motor isn't that stressed and like a year before it fouled out plugs every 20 minutes so i changed the fuel oil mixture and that solved that problem but now it burns up top ends so i was wondering if any one has had this problem before and how the fixed it?
