in no noise whats going on? I'm thinking throw out bearing or pressure plate...should i have clutch totally replaced if its just the throw out bearing as well???
 
i think this is a simple answer it should be a throw out bearing... just from your description... now as far as what to do it would depend on your budget... you can replace just the bearing but if you go through the trouble to tear ir down that far i would say go ahead and replace the whole thing clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing... but in the end the choice is yours good luck and have a better day
