MW2 wont find games (NAT IS OPEN) (XBOX 360)?

Frustrated mw2 wont find any game at all no matter what. Ive done the whole thing to make sure nat is open and it securely is. Resetting router/modem doesnt work, resetting xbox, signing off and on again. NOTHING WORKS! Im sure there are others with this problem. The only way i can play online is if i join someone in progress of a game thats all. PLZ ANY HELP!
