mw2 i cant unlock attatchments on ps3?

yesterday i entered a regular game then i noticed people started flying and then my screen started having all these codes then it said welcolme so i left as fast as i could and then today i tried to unlock some attatchments and it still keeps on saying 0/60 and i wanted to know if i got hacked or whats going on thank you
