Mute button wont turn off on touch strip on Packard Bell EasyNote TJ64 even tho

not muted? unsure if uninstalled something or its broke etc but need some advice on how to get it to turn off tried obviously hitting button and shift/cntrl f7

Download the Easynote Touchpad driver and the Easynote Launch Manager.

I'm guess that the Easynote Launch Manager is the software that controls the hotkeys, so try that and hopefully reinstalling it will resolve the issue.
