MUSTANG RIM ADVICE!!!?

The last 3-4 sets of these I sold all ran the 18x9 up front with a 245/40R18 and the 18x10 in the rear with 275/35R18's. Looked great, but you will not be able to rotate the tires. If you want one size all around I would go with the 18x9's and the 245/40R18's.
 
I have a 2002 dark green mustang and i want to put black saleen 5 star rims on them but i need to know what size to get. I have 235 mm tires on my car right now and i want wider tires so should i get 18x9 or 18x10? or higher? Also, i think 18 inches would be best but tell me what you think please
