Mustang dual exhaust like Acura TL?

I don't know what this kind of exhaust is called, built-in or something? But the Acura TL has it (http://images.automotive.com/cob/factory_automotive/images/Features/auto_shows/2006_LAAS/2006_Acura_TL__rear.jpg). It's where the exhaust pipes don't stick out like in other cars, like it's built in to the body kit.

Is there something like this I could get for a 2005+ mustang?

Saleen makes a body kit that centers the exhaust like this:
