Must I be Part of the Military to Join Embry-Riddle?

I'd like to get a Masters in Aerospace Engineering. But most of the pictures on their website include soldiers. Is it like the Air Force academy in Colorado?

No, it is open to the public. It is very expensive. Good but expensive.
