I have been asked to attend an inquest, I explained to the officer that I fear for the safety of me and my children but he seemed un-phased by my concerns and tears. He replied by telling me if I do not attend he will get a judge to issue a witness summons. I have an appointment for legal advice in a few days but until then I am so scared. If my identity is revealed I am 100% certain me and my family are in danger. I have seen online I have no way of not attending, is this true? Do I not have any rights? can I not write a statement? I would rather go to prison and keep my babies safe from harm. Please someone tell me something good
