Muslims, how many times this Verse has appeared in Quran?

Allah (SWT) has been so kind with us, as to repeat important instructions
several times. For example " Lasta alaihum bemusaitir .." ( You are not a
dictator) and " I am not a guard upon you " have appeared in Quran.
When prophet Muhammad, the final human leader of Islam was not given
the authority to control the beliefs of fellow humans, how can we control
beliefs of different sects?
So will you stop name calling different sects here and making Muslims a
laughing stock for others ?
Salma Hayek,

Jazakallah for your serious and sincere reply. The Ayat I referred to is this:
6:104 "Now have come to you, from your Lord, proofs (to open your eyes): if any will see, it will be for (the good of) his own soul; if any will be blind, it will be to his own (harm): I am not (here) to watch over your doings."
