Music video with a woman dressed in blue from which erupts a cast of backup dancers?

I can't remember the song or even the artist just the vid. It takes place in a ware house, and the lead singer like walks in and starts doing her thing. The cast of dancers starts to "magically" appear behind her dressed in all different colors. ends up being this huge swirly color play of dancers. Help please.
