Drummer are an indie rock supergroup composed of drummers from other indie and alternative bands (hence the name).
Band members include:
Patrick Carney (The Black Keys) on bass
Jon Finley (Party of Helicopters, Beaten Awake) on vocals and
Steve Clements (Houseguest, The Six Parts Seven) on keyboards, organ, and backing vocals
Jamie Stillman (Teeth of the Hydra, Houseguest) on lead guitar
Gregory Boyd (Ghostman & Sandman) on drums
Drummer was formed by Patrick Carney as a side project to keep himself working while his other Black Keys bandmate Dan Auerbach was busy working on his solo project, recruiting drummers from other Ohio-based bands, forming a relatively uncommon supergroup lineup.
They've released one studio album so far to mainly positive reviews. Their sound has a pretty happy and upbeat feel to it, but not so over-the-top. I think anyone who's a fan of indie music will love this band.
I'm gonna show you five songs from their only studio release so far, Feel Good Together; give them a listen and tell me what you think:
"Lottery Dust"

Boo-hoo, nobody wants to share music with me... again! T~T
