Sometimes music in films can be a distraction. Music can sometimes be seen as simply there to move a story alone and split up dialogue. I hate films that use music just for dramatic emphasis but some films do actually use them well and can use them for very good reasons. Akira for example I think uses music very well as those the original of The Wicker Man, do you find they do help or if anything do they annoy and distract you?
