i am writing a music history paper in chicago style. i need to write a portion where it's music analysis... but i don't want to put a picture of the sheet music on my essay (using it as a fig.1 and fig.2) . i would rather refer it to the measure numbers... then should i attach an entire sheet music at the back as an appendix? what's the best way to solve this problem?
