music from newsgroups - how to work on Ipod

[TOMATO VS POTATO]

haven't synced the old Ipod for sometime, but have a couple of albums downloaded from newsgroups sitting in Itunes.

they play fine on ITunes, but when I tried to sync the Ipod yesterday, it said I wasn't authorised for them, and it refused to copy them over

anything I can do to get around this?

try using a different program to transfer the files, such as winamp.

not as nice-looking as ITunes, but does the job
