Hi to all,
I went to do a work placement and i was typing info up and the side of my back went into muscle spasm so iam typing trying to not make it obvious i was in agony so waited for it to go but someone must have noticed cus i was tryping with one hand only trying to get it to move what do i do if this happens again i only had a baclofen yesterday so how can this happen out of know where.
The same thing happened on my leg same side too what do i do.
