Yes it's possible that the way your muscles developed helps you beat people at arm wrestling even though they look smaller.
For my brother, he built up a lot of muscle in the past few months and he used to be really skinny.
Get protein shakes and eat meat and stuff after working out. Do lots of pull ups, push ups, handstands (if you can't balance then do it against a wall). Look up some workouts that bboys (breakdancers) do, 'cause that's what my brother did and that's how he bulked up. Also, i think swimming helps too.

I'm 14 years old and I'm tired of being so small. Surprisingly I'm only 5'3 and 100 pounds but i can beat like people that are like 5'6 and 130 pounds in arm wrestles and just i seem to have stronger body parts than a lot even though i weigh so little and there muscles are clearly bigger than mine. I'm asking 2 things

1: why is it that they have bigger muscles than me but i can be stronger than them? Is it possible that some peoples muscles can be small but like...have more efficiant muscles or soemthing?

2: I'm tired of being so small for my age and i want to be a bit bigger and a bit heavier so do you know any kind of work outs i could do without weights that could build things like my biceps, triceps, pex and abs besides some of the regular things like pushups. Don't use fancy work out words because i don't know anything about working out. You'll even have to explain to me what certain exercises are and what the hell a rep is.

dude i have the same problem except im 4'11 and 13 years old and i can beat people that r like alot bigger then me nd arm wrestling and wrestling even though they look like theyd murder me. But i do a ton of pullups and situps everyday like 30 pullups and i do sit ups till i almost throw up lol ive almost got a 6 pac but the situps and pullups will definetely help and for weights idk. and a rep is like how many u do in a set

i'm not really sure why you can beat people that are bigger than you it might just be that you use your muscles differently so they're more developed and i don't know i'm a pretty solid for a girl anyways and i suck at arm wrestling but someone tried telling me it was leverage once i didn't really get it

you shouldn't really start lifting weights until you're atleast 16 because when you start young it stunts your growth and a rep is how many times you do an exercise

and if you feel bad about your size or anything i suggest that maybe you look into joining your schools wrestling team that's a sport where you would be competing against someone your own size, they might be a different skill level but w/e talk to someone about it because it's a good sport haha you would be able to wrestle in the 103 weight class
