I don't know if you guys have heard of FutureBiotics Hair, Skin and Nails for men. It's suppose to help your hair grow if it was thinning or if you're losing hair. It helps your complexion for your face and helps your finger nail stay healthy. im looking forward to using this product mainly for my skin (face) and part for my hair, does anyone know if this works effectively? my face has partial acne, and red spots, and i just want to get rid of them all or as most as i can. would this be effective?
