Im trying to use the IC 74LS47N and i cant make it work. Its a decoder/driver for a 7seg display. its currently wired up like this:
im using Vcc (5v) for all the inputs (ABCD)
i have pin 3,4and 5 and ive tried connecting them to Vcc and ground (neither works)
all the outputs are connected to one probe with a 2.5 threshold and im getting no indication that its working. Why am i getting no output from this IC?
