multiple symptoms

i had new onset severe midsternal chest pain that radiates to my back then sweating friday at1230pm. ekg and cardiac enzymes are negative. the pain was continuous for about 2 hours not relieved with nitroglycerin. some temporary relief with dialudid 2 mg IM. chest xray showed emphysema (not new) no difficulty breathing. cat scan showed thoracic and abdominal anurysms 3.6 and 3 cm they are not leaking.gallbladder looked ok. im having a lot of belching. no flatus. i have vomited 4 times it seams to be after i get the dialudid. i am going to be checked for an ulcer tomorrow . so far all the tests are coming back negative and i dont know why im having so much pain. vitals 135/70 (was 198/85 during bad pain) heart rate 58 to 70 sinus rhythm. temp 98.3 o2 sat 92 to 96 on 2L o2. any ideas?
 
You might check out Lyme Disease...it's in FL but doctors throughout the country lack the education, experience, and tools to accurately diagnose it. You'll find more info on the Lyme Board stickies...but you'll need to do a lot of reading as it is a complex condition and mimics many others.

People with Lyme Disease often have tests are "normal", and symptoms of belching, nausea, and vomiting are experienced by some people with this bacterial infection .
