Hi,
Maybe someone can help me? I'm looking for some information or guidance towards the direction of an artist that does i think poster/canvas arts of celebrity mugshots. I've tried googling terms in various combinations and i don't seem to get anywhere. I've seen it twice before in tv, once in a tv special and another in a movie I can't remember. But the person has made art work from Nicole Richies mugshot and Mel Gibson as far as i can remember. He seems to put them through the photoshop process where he adds filters to the mugshots. I think he uses/ pixelation or something like that i think.
Any help would be appreciated.
