Mucus in throat

I constantly have to clear my throat befre i talk becaause i feel mucus in my throat, i do it ever so often its embarassing and i feel like it contributes to my voice getting a little deeper, which is not attractive as a female.
 
I have the same problem. If it's the result of a sinus infection or an ear infection then you can do something about it. Otherwise, it's just something that you're going to have to live with. I've seen an ENT on two occasions, but there's really nothing they can do, except for put you on nasal sprays that aren't supposed to be used for PND. So, don't bother wasting your time on those. There's something that I can suggest for you, it's a drug-free nasal spray called STERIMAR. It's not a cure, but it helps a lot.
 
Some people have found relief from such problems by adjusting their diet. Wheat and dairy products are big offenders. You might want to try eliminating these foods from your diet for 3-4 weeks and see whether you notice a difference.
