hi, i just got my new marzocchi dirt jumper 3 forks.....i put the headset race on them....then i slip it on the frame when i go to tighten it all up and try to turn the bars and i struggle to turn them....it seems asif something is rubbing .... so i take it all apart again and find silver marks were the bottom headset has been rubbed of the fork....what should i do next....
