msn messenger mobile

Is there any way to get msn messenger on my nokia E65? i had it on my previous 6280 which was on 3 and it worked perfectly. Any idea if i still can?

The great thing about the msn messenger from 3 was that it allowed you to be signed in in the background. So when you got a message, it gave you an alert.
 
ive downloaded it from the nokia site and its very good.

I can connect it using my home wifi connection but when i go i the vodafone live access point, it says gps timeout. How do i fix this?????
