MSN connection issues on my nokia x6. Wont connect due to data connection? HELP TO FIX!?

I have download windows live messenger for my nokia x6, and i can log in, but after stage 3 it says that it cant connect due to my phone either being in offline mode, or my data transfering. As my phone is 100% not offline, its something to do with ddata transferring. Please help
