Would these MRI results cause me to have severe back pain ??????
1. Left paramidline annular tear and disc hernation at T8-9, indenting and deforming the spinal cord ventrally.
2. Posterior disc hernation T7-8, indenting and deforming the spinal cord
ventrally
3. Small midline tear 1mm hernation at t6-7, indenting and deforming the spinal cord ventrally.
4. moderately large posterior disc hernation t5-6 indenting and deforming the spinal cord.
multi level degenenative lurabar spondylosis with postlaminectomy changes at l5-s1 on the left.
1. small left paramidline annular tear and disc hernation, L5-S1. The disc cantacts but does not displace the S1 nerve root.
2. Nondisplaced pars interarticularis fracture in L5 on the right side.
3. Unilateral facet joint effusion and facet degeneration, L5-S1 on the right side.
4. Status post laminectomy and medial facetectomy on the left.
5. Residual/ recurrent L4-5 disc hernation to the left causing left L5 neural compression.
6. Posterior and left sided annular tear and disc hernation, L3-4 causing left L4 neural impingement centrally.
7. Advanced disc degrenation, L1-2 with circumferential annular disruption and bulging.
8. Evidence of old lower thoracic and lurabar scheuermanns disease. Does any one have an MRI like this and what treatments have you had? I have a lot of low back pain that shoots into my groin and down my left leg into my foot and my foot is nurab on the bottom.
