Hi, I recently had an Mri of my lumbar region. I have been experiencing severe pain in my lower back, scrotum, left buttocks. I have also been experiencing pain down my left leg and severe cramps in my calves and shins when I walk. Also I experience numbness in the top of both feet.

I have already had 7 different joit surgeries due to degenerative joints and osteoarthritis. 3 years ago i had kidney cancer and had my left kidney removed. I am only 43 years old and have never been in any type of accident. One of my surgeries was a right shoulder replacement. I am worried because I have only one kidney and my Kidney doctor who removed my kidney
said to stay away from steroids such as prendisone and such.

I am asking for information as to what options i may have to help my spine issues. I know that with my history that if I do not do something now i will only get worse very quickly as time goes by. Any information explaining what the MRI is saying and my options would be great. Thank you.

This is what my MRI results say:

L4-L5 Minimal disc bulge is present. There is mild inferior left neural foraminal
narrowing without definite nerve root compromise. Mild to moderate facet
anthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is present.

L5-S1 Mild disc bulge is present. Mild bilateral inferior foraminal narrowing is present. Facet anthropothy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is present more pronounced on the left.

Mild spondylotic at L4-L5 and L5-S1. Mild neural foraminal narrowing at these levels.
