mri results of c-spine can you explain to me?

can you tell me what this means:

Multilevel degenerative disk disease most significant at c5-c6 and c6-c7 with likely nerve root encroachment involving the right c-5 neural foramina.
Reversal fo the normal cervical lordosis centered at c5-c6 felt to be related to degenerative changes but could also be seen in spasm.
disk desiccation at all levels
Concentric disk bulge with no central canal or neural foraminal narrowing at c5-c6. Far right lateral component of the disk bulg wich may encroach upon the exiting nerve at root level.
 
Not a doc, but it sounRAB almost exactly what I am dealing with. You are probably having severe pain across the mid back and neck, continuous muscle spasms through neck, shoulders and mid back, nurabness and tingling in your arms from the nerve root encroachment, which means the nerve is being irritated. Loss of lordosis is the natural curve in your neck. Mine was caused from a fall landing on my neck and head which immediately flattened the curvature. Puts unnatural pressure on spine from incorrect posture of neck. Usually demonstrates most through neck and shoulder muscle spasms. Rarely resolves itself. Disc dessication at all levels goes along with degenerative disc disease which is where the discs dry up, herniate, and or crurable over time. It is a progressive disease that is not curable, but is treatable. A bulging disc at c5-6 which may be putting pressure on the nerves to the right of the bulge. I tried to put this in "english" as well as I could, but a doctor can read your MRI correctly and tell you the game plan on treatment. Follow up with your doc and read on this board to get an idea of treatments, and suggestions on finding good docs and current treatments. Best of luck to you!
