C2-C3 level There is slight bulging of the central posterior disk magin with slight exrinsic compression on the anterior thecal sac.
C3-C4 level There is some very mild bulging of the central posterior disk margin with slight extrinsic compression on the anterior thecal sac.
C4-C5 level There is some very mild posterior disk bulging with slight extrinsic compression on the anterior thecal sac.
C5-C6 level There issome mild disk narrowing and there is some generalized bulging of the posterior disk margin which shows some mild asymmetrical promise along the right posterolateral disk margin.
C6-C7 level There is some mild generalized posterior disk bulging with some mild extrinsic compression on the anterior thecal sac.
1. Mild disk bulging at several levels, Most natably at the C4-C5, C5-C6, C6-C7 levels as described above.
2. Cervical spinal cord appears intact but no focal mass or fluid collection identified.

L1-L2 There is a concave posterior disk margin.
L2-L3 There is a concave posterior disk margin.
L3-L4 There is some slight bulging of the posterior disk margin and there is a small amount of increased signal along the posterior annular margins suggesting small amount of annular tearing or edema.
L4-L5 level There is mild bulging of the posterior disk margin.
L5-S1 level There is a mildly convex posterior disk margin. There is facet joint asymmetry on the left at the L5-S1 level and a spondylotic defect cannot be excluded. Thin section CT could be considered for further evaluation of this area. There is no evience ofspondylolisthesis.

1. There is facet joint asymmetry and possible left pars articularis defect at the L5 level. Thin section section CT with reformatted images could be considered for further detail of the L5-S1 level.
2. Mild posterior disk bulging at several levels as described above. There is increased signal along the annular margin at the L3-L4 level which may be due to annular tearing or edema.

I also have Mild thoracolurabar scoliosis.

What does all of this mean?
