These are my fiance's MRI results and I dont understand them:

Pelvis section: Oral contrast was visualized to the level of the cecum. the appendix has an unremarkable appearance. there is no discrete dilated bowel loop. Portions of the colon demonstrate wall thickening likely on the basis of underdistension. there is no mesenteric fat stranding or peritoneal free gas. there is a small fat containing periurabilical hernia. scattered small mesenteric lymph nodes are noted, non specific. the urninary bladder prostate gland and seminal vesicles are unremarkable. osseous structures demonstrate no discrete aggressive lytic or sclerotic lesion. note is made of subchondral sclerosis and cystic change involving the sacroiliac joints, most pronounced along the iliac side of the joint.

we went into the doctor today and he said dustin had "up-slipped innominate" and put a velcro belt on him. when I asked him about the MRI results and the "subchondral sclerosis" he shyed away and ignored me.

Amanda, this is a board that deals with back problems. SounRAB like your fiance has some other kind of trouble. There are a nuraber of messaged boarRAB on this site so I would urge you to look thru them and find one that is more suited to his problems.

Good luck.
