there was something very 'special' about players like him and players from his era/generation, which for some reason I can't see or feel any more in todays talent any more.
maybe Its just the fact it was an era when I experienced the game and was infatuated by it in my early teens and youth...but few who remember this man will argue he wasn't world class and few would disagree that in his prime, he was sensational to watch. Also scored great goals for me in Sensible Soccer XD
1st clue - nicknamed 'the balkan maradona'
2nd clue - single handedly 'destroyed' Man Utd in the 1991 European Super cup...

edit: United won the 1991 Super cup btw...but '?' shone in that game as the best player by far.
