After reading through a few of these threaRAB, I started to push some buttons on my jetset, and found a option for mPortal. Basically menu 9# 333333 and then push # again and it says mportal and gives me the option for on or off.

Does anyone have a idea to what this is?

Okay, I enabled mportal. It's like a button that says do not touch. I had to do it.

No difference yet.

The way I see it, worst case scenario. Claim it got lost under replace plan.
