Recently, I purchased a new hard drive and copied all of my data from my old hard drive to my new one. Although the old one had a bad sector I checked the files after copying them to the new one and they ran perfectly.
Unfortunately, I had to put the operating system on the new hard drive again and had to replace the files. While trying to play them on Windows Media Player 11 the files take at least a minute to load which is not normal. It seems the problem is WMP and not the files because they run fine on PowerDVD.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this problem?
