mp4,avi etc.html? How Do I open This?

Ok I downloaded a mp4.html video.. but I cannot open it...Or I don't know how to open the video...I tried opening it with my Firefox browser. and my internet explorer and it just freezes up the page.. and nothing will come up.. it made me have to restart firefox it was so bad... How do I open up the video if its like this?
