Mp3's; ipod -> itunes

I got a new computer because my old one crashed, i own about half of the albums that i put on my computer, but the other half has been borrowed and i put it on my itunes. The problem is now i can't get my music from my ipod to my itunes and i don't want to have to put every cd onto my new computer and track down everything else i had... anyone know a "reliable" program to download for getting songs off an ipod and onto itunes?

I've tried a few but they were all crap...

did you try iSyncTunes? can't tell you shit about the reliability though. thought i might throw the name out in case you haven't heard of it. best of luck to ya.
 
I have a PC: What I did was to open the iPOD as an external HD and then copy all the songs onto my PC, I then tell iTUNES to organize my iTUNES music folder

thats all there is to it

just coy everything even the weird folders that the Ipod puts all the music into, once you tell iTUNES to oganize everything it will get rid of these(as long as all your tags are correct)
