mp3 uploader

i recently switched to cingular from sprint and when i was with sprint, i found an uploader on the internet where i could just browse for an mp3 on my computer and select it and hit upload and it would send it straight to my phone. i was wondering if there was anything similair to this that can be used with cingular. i guess what im trying to do is get mp3's on my phone without a data cable.
