MP3 Player Without Using Windows Media Player or iTunes?

Does anyone know of a portable MP3 player, with a nice interface, that does not require Windows Media Player or iTunes. I would like to be able to transfer songs from my computer to the player using just Windows Explorer (drag and drop), like any other solid state memory device without having to "synch".
